How I work
During sessions it is vital to feel comfortable and completely at ease in your surroundings. Many clients relate this to being in the comfort of their own home, or even office space; this is completely at your own discretion. Sessions are totally confidential, focused and at times mentally challenging. Therefore to gain optimum results, quiet, familiar settings are strongly encouraged.
With this in mind, at a time and place convenient to you, sessions are conducted by phone, or face to face (via Zoom, SKYPE or FaceTime). Meeting in person is an option - though please note this could incur an additional fee dependent on distance of travel.
To benefit from maximum results it is crucial to select the right coach for you, which is why I offer a free 30 minute, no obligation, phone consultation. This will allow you time to ask any questions before committing to paid sessions.
